You are enthusiastic about beautiful and challenging finishing projects, which you manage to bring to a successful conclusion together with your team. You know how to bring the right people together and empower everyone. You are happy to leave the contact with clients, architects and project offices to a project manager and the work planner will take care of the technical details. You help where necessary, of course, because the experience you bring means you know what is involved in the preparation and execution of a project. It is important for you to coordinate regularly on issues such as cost price, concept planning, progress and the quality of projects. As construction team leader, you maintain commercial contacts, acquire new projects and have final responsibility for the various projects within the main contracting team. This team is responsible as main contractor for complete construction and finishing projects. These are projects where interior design has an important share. From the team, there is a lot of collaboration with other teams within INTOS and, of course, with subcontractors. There is a strong growth ambition for maincontracting and you will realise this growth together with the team!

What will you do?

As a team leader of finishing, you will oversee the whole and deal with commerce, finance and employees. This includes:

  • Together with the existing team, you will make INTOS' downsizing and maincontracting arm big;
  • You lead commercial processes and tenders;
  • You have an overview of ongoing projects and make adjustments where necessary;
  • You see opportunities in the market and take action on them;
  • You lead the team and make sure everyone is functioning in their strengths.

Who are we looking for?

Knowledge & experience

  • Minimum hbo working and thinking level;
  • 5-10 years working experience with large projects in construction/construction;
  • Leadership experience where you have managed a team;
  • A good command of the Dutch and English languages.

What do we offer?

  • A full-time (40 hours) or part-time (36 hours) position;
  • Salary that shows appreciation for your knowledge, experience and background. Indication: €4,000 - €6,000 on a full-time basis;
