You think it's cool to start making new furniture every day. In our own workshop, you will work as a furniture maker in the heart of the organisation. Work is carried out within a fixed team in which you can show off your craftsmanship! INTOS makes customised interiors, ranging from furnishing a complete office to making pantries or counters for the airport. You get to work making this furniture! Starting from the technical drawing, you know how to actually realise the custom-made furniture, and you find it important to deliver high quality. The variety of projects allows you to continue to develop your skills and inventiveness. With you on our team, our custom-made interiors come into their own!

Your working day as a joiner
You arrive at our recently renovated premises, have a cup of coffee and at 7.30 am your day starts. It's Monday so at the week's start, the project team leader informs your entire team about the planning for the week. What needs to be made for which customer and when? The drawings made by the work planner are also discussed so that everyone is aware of the most important details and points of interest of the furniture to be made. Together with your colleague, you will work on the sink kitchens for a floor being renovated in a hospital. You glue, drill and sand the diverse materials with precision. This results in a beautiful, high-quality product!
At midday, you will have lunch with colleagues at our 'Groote Markt'. After a tasty and convivial lunch, you then proceed to build the kitchen with the materials you have processed. In doing so, you notice that a few things could be improved. You look for suitable solutions and share these with the project manager and the work planner so that they can make any adjustments to the planning and drawings. In the last two hours, you help build a seating unit for a large hospital. At the end of the day, you clean up your things, leaving your workplace neat and safe.
